At the time of this writting, there is not issue reported when using Oracle partitioning.
Progress has not specifically tested Oracle Partitioning technology with Oracle DataServer. On Progress DataServer side, the Oracle Database is represented by the Schema Holder. If the Schema Holder is correctly created and accessible, Oracle partitioning should not cause problems to the DataServer.
