Customer installed Dynamics 2.0A1B.
CHANGE:
Customer installed Progress 9.1D to support Dynamics 2.0A1B.
CAUSE:
Incorrect copy of the ubroker.properties file in the original Progress 9.1C installation directory.
CAUSE:
Differences between the two copies of the Progress 9.1C ubroker.properties file were not identified.
FIX:
Restore a backup copy of the original Progress 9.1C ubroker.properties file back to the Progress 9.1C installation directory.
