Can not rebuild results application
Selecting Application Rebuild from the Rebuild App flashes and does not do anything.
Results
CHANGE:
Changed Operating System platform and upgraded Progress Version.
CAUSE:
The results qc file is corrupt.
FIX:
1. Delete the results qc file.
2. launch results
3. Perform an initial build when prompted.
