GPF when starting a database
The uninstall of the previous Progress version did not finish correctly
CHANGE:
Recently upgraded from 9.1C
CAUSE:
Progress promsgs file has not been updated correctly within the installer.
FIX:
Stop all Progress services (ie Databases and AdminServer) and put your favorite promsgs.xxx from %DLC%/prolang/xxx as a %DLC%/promsgs and start again your Progress services
