SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder error: "Cannot create aggregate: file"
Related to the access to a tot<nnnn>.tmp temporary file that Report Builder creates in Report Builder's temporary directory, by default the current working directory.
CAUSE:
Error could be related to either permissions on the directory or that a file
with that name already exists and the permission is such that it cannot be
removed.
FIX:
Do a search for a tot<nnnn>.tmp file in the working directory or the
temporary directory for Report Builder and if there is an existing file,
check its permissions and remove it as necessary.
