SYMPTOM(s):
Test connect of ODBC driver fails.
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system "error 126" (MERANT 3.70 32-BIT PROGRESS)
Can not locate prosql32.dll file.
Installed Progress ODBC Dataserver product and a Merant ODBC driver.
CAUSE:
No Progress Client was installed. A Progress Client licenses is required to establish an ODBC connection.
FIX:
Obtain and install a Progress Client License.
