CAUSE:
The file that is feeding the probkup instruction to generate several backup files of the database, has specified less volumes than the ones that will be used.
FIX:
Test the procedure before releasing it to production to make sure that the file that will feed the backup instruction does have enough volumes specified on it in order to have a successful backup.
