GPF when installing Service Pack
Service pack installation terminates
CAUSE:
91DXX.exe has been extracted directly to %DLC% directory instead of a temporary directory before running the setup.exe. One way to confirm this is if the Service Pack setup.exe is located in the DLC directory.
FIX:
Uninstall and install Progress 9.1D, extract the Service Pack to a temporary directory first, and then re-apply the Service Pack by running the setup.exe from the temporary directory.
