CAUSE:
Bug# OE00069234
CAUSE:
Due to a bug, an infinite loop occurs when trying to retrieve the buffer handle. It surfaced in 9.1D Service Pack 1 as a result of other bug fixes.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D Service Pack 02 or higher.
