idxbuild process appears hung
process is consuming 98+ percent of CPU activity
idxbuild was started with a large -B parameter
idxbuild returns error stget: out of storage error after remaining idle for some time

CAUSE:
The idxbuild could not allocate the amount of memory specified with the -B parameter.
FIX:
Decrease the -B parameter or modify kernel parameters to handle larger segment of memory
