NT error 5295 - Access Denied message , procontrol

This error applies to 8.x NT db server. If you are trying to start a
Progress utility from a DOS prompt and you receive an error "Access to
(what you are trying to access) is denied (5295), this is the fix.

1. Open ProControl.
2. If ProService is running and/or a database is running, STOP them.
3. Go into the ProControl Environment folder (DETAIL Button).
4. At the bottom of the screen under Variable - add ACCESS.
5. Below that add the Value - all (THIS MUST BE LOWERCASE).
6. Start ProService.
7. Start the database.
8. Now, you should be able to start your utility from the DOS prompt.
