Service Pack <number> is not even out yet.

Bug# 20020812-026
CAUSE:
Service Pack 9.1D01 allows an installation over 9.1C if the 9.1D environment variables point to a 9.1C installation.
FIX:
Always make sure your environment variables are pointing to the correct 9.1D installation. This issue has been addressed in Service Pack 9.1D02.
