TCP PROTOCOL is specified in lower case on the AS/400 for the respective service used to connect.
Tcp broker crashes shortly after it is started and produce a spooled file in the outq QPRINT noting an error.
FIX:
The use of single quotes around the PROTOCOL parameter ('tcp') will ensure this compliance.
