Cannot use Progress 8.2 Virtual System Table VST program in Progress 8.3
CHANGE:
Migrating applications to Progress 8.3 from Progress 8.2
CAUSE:
Some of the CRCs on the Virtual System Tables (VST) related tables
were changed in 8.3A. This can lead to runtime errors such as:
Unable to locate index for _License. (3252)
FIX:
Recompile all procedures after moving to Progress 8.3 if you were using VSTs in 8.2 and plan to continue using them in 8.3 (and later versions).
