GPF occurs when using using Oracle's client, SQLPLUS
CAUSE:
Oracle issue: Garbage registry entries for Oracle client 9i are found in registry as well as invalid setting for Oracle client 8.1.7 found in registry
FIX:
1. Make sure that Oracle 9i client version has been properly uninstalled.
2. Make sure that all registry entries for Oracle 9 client are not present within registry.
3. Make sure that all registry entries for Oracle 8.1.7 client are set correctly.
4. Make sure that SQLPLUS (Oracle client) can connect to ORACLE database.
