FIX:
Prior to 9.1D, it is not possible to enable or disable After-Imaging online. One of the reasons for this is the Master Block needs to be updated to acknowledge that After-Imaging enabled. It is was possible to do this when the database is in use.
Starting on Porgress 9.1D, a new rfutil option, aioff, was introduced to disable after-imaging online:
$ rfutil dbname -C aimage aioff
Starting on OpenEdge 10.1B, it is possible to enable after-imaging online with the probkup utility.
