Win95 734 to NLM on Netware 4.1 via SPX Error reading nssnum
When connecting via SPX from a Win95 client to a Progress NLM
server running on Netware 4.1, make sure you are using Novell's
Client 32 for Win95. The Netware 32-bit client is available from
Novell.
Using Microsoft's Win95 SPX drivers (Microsoft's Netware Client)
can cause the following errors:
On the NLM Server:
Error reading nssnum = 1, clstate = 2, err = 10
On the Win95 Client:
Unable to contact server. (734)
Running 4.02 netware and clients from WIN95 and using the MS drivers,
you may experience a database freeze. Switching to novell Client 32
solves the problem.
