SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to remove file 82conv78.bat and other files during reinstallation process
CAUSE:
The db was created with the user logged in as a user, not administrator. Therefore, there were not sufficient permissions to remove the files.
FIX:
Log in as the user who created the database, delete the Progress files and reinstall.
