Problem adding item to band in Toolbar
When an item is added from the 'Item (add to band)' tab folder viewer, the
Item Link field defaults to ?
It should default to the value of the Item Link for the current Category
Using Dynamics Toolbar and Menu Designer
Building parent window and a child window structure
Building a band in the parent to start up the child

FIX:
This is Issuezilla 4679 and has been fixed in Dynamics 2.0A02
