FIX:
In Progress 9.x/WebSpeed 3.x, Progress started to put all Progress and WebSpeed fixes in one patch/service pack. This means that if you were using WebSpeed, you could download the Progress patch/service pack and get the same fixes as if you downloaded the WebSpeed patch/service pack. And vise versa. Thus, the same fixes exist within both Progress and WebSpeed patches/serivce packs.
Example, Progress 9.1D06 SP and WebSpeed 3.1D06 SP contains the same fixes. The download file size should be identical.
