CAUSE:
The database from which the AI files originates has a different AI blocksize than the destination database. If the AI blocksize is changed on the production database, ai files generated from this point on can only be rolled forward against a database with the same aiblocksize.
FIX:
Since the ai blocksize expected by restored database must match the live database, either a new probkup needs to be taken to re-establish the roll forward baseline or a previous backup that was taken AFTER the ai blocksize was changed on the origination database.
