FIX:
No. Upgrading to a minor release requires a new installation of Progress/OpenEdge.
For example:
9.1D must be installed prior to applying the 9.1D01 service pack.
10.1A01 cannot be applied to 10.0B02 to upgrade it to 10.1A01.
Progress service packs are built against their respective maintenance release.
