The cursor was declared with one table
Re-using cursors with for each with a different table
No stored-procedure is running
CAUSE:
The cause is known but the problem does not appear with version 8.3E or 9.1x. This problem is apparent in only 8.3D.
FIX:
Upgrade the Oracle DataServer to 8.3E or 9.1x.
