FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamic lookup appearing with incorrect label on a dynamic viewer.
The same dynamic lookup also appears on a static viewer, but with a different width and label.
The lookup on the dynamic viewer is picking up the instance attributes defined for the lookup on the static viewer.
CAUSE:
A new object instance of the DynLookup has been created directly.
This must have created an additional set of attributes related to the DynLookup, so that when the original viewer was invoked, the incorrect attributes were being retrieved.
FIX:
Deleted the "new" object instances.
