SYMPTOM(s):
Incorrect configured Firewall gives error 5806
Msngr: Disconnecting - failed to receive header for the WEB_CGIIP_GET_PROG message. (5806)
The broker is running and the agents has status 'Available'
The communication seems to be ok between the broker and the NameServer
CAUSE:
Necessary ports are not open on the Firewall.
FIX:
