Progress Technical Support is committed to providing customers with any information they need regarding the components and principles of the PROGRESS AppServer, including how to connect to a session, what is involved in passing parameters to and from a session, behavior when error conditions are raised, security options, hardware and
network requirements, and the 4GL features involved. Progress Technical Support cannot, however, provide assistance in deciding how best to implement the PROGRESS AppServer in a customer's particular application.

Such analysis and advice can be obtained by contacting Progress Corporate Consulting since Progress Technical Support can offer limited assistance in debugging a customer's application where no PROGRESS bugs are involved.
