SYMPTOM(s):
Smart window and Smart Frame have vertical scrollbars
It is Windows in english. But Japanese is enabled.
Application uses default code page (iso8895-1) and default font (Ms sans serif 8).
Smartwindows and SmartFrames came up with scrollbars (vertical). Smartviewers and Smartbrowsers are displayed correctly, without scrollbars. Smart window and Smart Frame are persisten windows, both have same size.
CAUSE:
Japanese language is enabled
FIX:
It is not a code page problem.
- try using True Type font instead of Ms sans serif. You can play with the size.
Change it on the "Defaultfixedfont", either in the registry or in the .ini file.
