FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
SYMPTOM(s):
Attempting to use the DBMan command with any of the -switch options.
Database Plugin not found error message.
ERROR: Unable to locate database plugin - insure AdminServer is running and is properly configured (DBMan023).
CAUSE:
The port number and/or adminport number used to start the Progress AdminService may have a conflict.
FIX:
Change the Progress AdminService port settings through the -port and -adminport switches.
