when starting db: not existing error message appears: 'BROKER 0: s'. (5380)'
lisalrap: Broker disappeared, updating <file-name>.lk file. (4194)
CHANGE:
upgrade from Progress 9.1C to Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
The PROMSGS environment variable is pointing to 9.1C and causing confusing messages.
FIX:
Make the PROMSGS environment variable point to the current Progress version.
