FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Missing PROBUILD files after a new installation.
No probuild directory created in $DLC or %dlc%.
Probuild utility fails after installing Progress.
Installed the Enterprise Database, AppServer licenses or 4GL licenses or any licenses that includes probuild
A "typical" install was performed.
CAUSE:
The probuild utility is an optional component of related license. The Probuild utility does not get installed when a "Typical" install is performed. Probuild is only installed with a "Complete" install.
FIX:
To install the probuild utility without reinstalling, run:
$DLC/proaddcomp
This will add the probuild component.
