FIX:
Only Progress 9.1C and 8.3E or higher are supported on Windows XP. The Progress version needs to be upgraded to the latest.
However, the issue was addressed with 9.0B in one case by using -Wa and -wpp startup parameters. They were inserting control codes to tell the printer to go into compressed mode for reports that are 132 characters wide. Without the -Wa -wpp parameters, output was disappearing.
