SYMPTOM(s):
Load of delta.df file stops
Incremental definitions file is not applied to the Database
Loading an Incremental definitions file stops if a unique index is changed
CAUSE:
A new unique index is added and duplicate keys are in the table
FIX:
Create the delta.df file without the unique index, change the records in the database then create the unique index
