SYMPTOM(s):
Single user session won't start (pro)
DLC environment variable not set correctly - Please set DLC variable
PROMSGS path is correct in -ini progress.ini
Do not want to set PROMSGS environment variable on each machine
The syntax for calling the ini file is correct
pro dbname -basekey INI -ininame %dlc%\proprom.ini
FACT(s) (Environment):

CHANGE:
Changed -ini files for client connections so that the PROMSGS is held locally
CAUSE:
When PROMSGS was copied locally, it was removed from the DLC directory (or renamed)
When running pro.bat, if %DLC%\promsgs is not found, then the following message is returned:
"DLC environment variable not set correctly - Please set DLC variable"
FIX:
Restore the PROMSGS file, with the same_name in the %DLC% directory path
or Set the PROMSGS environment variable on the client machine.
