SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to open or create <filename>, error errno=13. (2257)
The Data Administrator can connect one DB but not two.
CAUSE:
Errno=13 means permission denied, there is a problem with the .profile definition.
FIX:
Change user profile and set group permissions that allows access to the DB files.
