Webclient install does nothing with Netscape 6.2 when clicking Install Now
FIX:
According to Release Note RN#: 091D-00248,
The version of Installshield used with the Webclient installation does not support Netscape version 6.0. You will experience difficulties if you attempt to install using Netscape 6. The workaround is to use IE or Netscape 4.7.
