SYMPTOM(s):
restoring a version 8.2 db backup-file on 8.3 with prorest
SYSTEM ERROR: Attempt to read block <number> which does not exist. (210)
'You must truncate the BI before 1st 8.3 connection'
CAUSE:
the filled bi-file of restored v. 8.2-db does not accept a truncate in later version.
FIX:
restore the db in the version it was created and truncate the bi-file there.
