Kbase P7046: Error on unzip of service pack win32

SYMPTOM(s):
Unzip service pack WIN32 9.1D01
Can't create output file %dlc%\probuild
Can't create output file C:\progress\probuild
CAUSE:
The Service Pack (SP) is unzipped to the DLC directory.
FIX:
The correct way is to unzip the Service Pack (SP) zip file to it's own temporary folder and then run the setup.exe as explained in READMESP.txt and on the web page where the Service Pack can be downloaded
