CHANGE:
Moved from Progress 9.1C to 9.1D
CAUSE:
Required HP-UX OS patches for Progress 9.1D not installed prior to installing new version of Progress.
FIX:
Required patches for Progress 9.1D on HP-UX 11 are:
XSWGR1100 (This OS patch is now refered to as QPK1100)
PHSS_@5543, 22868, 22478 and any newer ones available from HP.
