CAUSE:
The error "dbutil was not found" means that the DLC and PATH environment variables are not properly set and/or exported.
FIX:
Set and export the DLC and PATH environment variables properly before executing the Progress prodb command.
For Unix:
a. DLC=<path to DLC>;export DLC
b. PATH=$DLC:$DLC/bin:$PATH;export PATH
For Windows:
In the System Environment Variables in My Computer add:
a. The DLC variable with the Progress installation path as a value
b. %DLC%;%DLC%\bin to the PATH variable.
