ProVision license installed.
Database is in read only mode
Choosing the compile option of procedure editor encounters a message stating "the database is in read only mode"
CAUSE:
The -RO read only parameter is being passed in the database connection string.
FIX:
Check the startup.pf file, progress.ini file and the target path of the icon that is being launched for the RO parameter. Remove it when found.
