Connecting a SQL-92 client (ODBC, JDBC) to Progress SQL-92 Database
CAUSE:
This error is caused by an incorrectly set DLC environment variable on the server where the database is started.
FIX:
- Remove the incorrectly set environment variable
or
- Set it to point to the correct Progress 9 install directory
