ENTRY trigger not fired if focus moves when widget deleted
If focus is on a widget which is then deleted, hidden, or destroyed,
then focus will automatically move to another widget in the interface.
When this happens, the ENTRY event does not fire.
For example, if you run a new window from a button trigger, upon
dismissing the new window, the button's ENTRY trigger does not fire
upon returning to the first window.
Another example: if focus is on fill-in-1, which is then disabled,
then focus will move automatically to fill-in-2 (which is enabled.)
This is expected behavior which will not change.
