Additional static frame is removed from SmartDataViewer at runtime
The static frame is located outside of the main Frame (F-Main) of SmartDataViewer (on the design window of the viewer)
CAUSE:
Expected behavior. A SmartDataViewer should only contain one main frame
FIX:
Put the additional frame on the main frame of the viewer.
