Invalid at the top level of the document. Line 2, Position 1
XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
When opening the XML file from Internet Explorer or Netscape
CAUSE:
The XML file contains an extra character "" at the end of the file.
FIX:
Remove this character and the XML file could be loaded from Internet Explorer or Netscape.
