SYMPTOM(s):
Appserver doesn't start
On a stand alone machine (a machine not connected to the network)
FIX:
In order to run the Progress brokers (Appserver, etc) that are managed through the AdminServer it is necessary to have the machine connected to a network.
If there is not network available, It is possible to have the machine connected to a "virtual network" by installing the MS loopback adapter.
