Message reads "unable to format message number 5520"
Registry entries pointing to Progress install directory appear correct
Promsgs.dll same size and date in install directory as well as system32
CHANGE:
Upgraded from NT to W2K
CAUSE:
PROMSGS environment variable is incorrectly set.
FIX:
Fix the PROMSGS variable so that it point to the actual directory location of the PROMSGS file.
