SYMPTOM(s):
Progress Explorer does not open through Start menu
Progress Explorer fails to open up
No errors in log files
No errors generated
When opening the Progress Explorer, the hour glass appears for about 10 seconds
All other menus open fine
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020405-045
CAUSE:
jvmStartw is not processing the proexp.prm file properly.
FIX:
Upgrade to latest release. This issue is fixed on Progress 9.1C23 and Progress 9.1D.
