Do not set radio-set & toggle-box CHECKED in HTML
When using radio-sets and toggle-boxes in your HTML for WebSpeed,
do not use the CHECKED setting in your HTML. Instead, modify
the resulting Web object to do this. You can use the Properties
Window in the WorkBench to modify the setting, or you can use
the WebSpeed 4GL Code Section Editor to modify it procedurally.
