Field <field-name> from <file-name> record (recid <RECID>) was missing from FIELDS phrase. (8826)
Used proutil conv89 to migrate
CHANGE:
New table added to the DB after making the conv89.
CAUSE:
Migrating a DB using Proutil <DB> -C conv89 gets damaged if table is added.
FIX:
Dump and load the tables into a new DB and then add the new table.
