SYMPTOM(s):
Having problems installing Microsoft SDK
getting errors about unable to replace dll's that Internet Explorer is using.
CAUSE:
Problems caused by installation of the Microsoft SDK.
FIX:
Client rebooted in Safe Mode to replace the .dll's that under normal booting conditions were being locked by Internet Explorer 6.0.
